We know you are excited to get your products from Vital Home, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses located in Sydney, NSW and our office is located in Melbourne, VIC.
Shipping Time
We process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of purchase, ensuring you get your products as soon as possible. We aim to have your products delivered within 9-15 business days after dispatching your order.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
AUS POST NOTICE
Due to COVID-19, we sometimes experience slightly longer delivery times.
If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered (based on our current estimates).
We also offer fast and free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.
If you need to contact us about your order, please email us via our Contact Us page with your order number to ensure we are speaking to the right person. One of our friendly team members will respond within 24–48 hours.
Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure you get your useful products at affordable prices.
