Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

Yes. Sure, If you product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product and you will get a 100% Money back. 

There is no downside. Our customers keep reporting how much our products have been helping them in their day to day life!

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our  Track Order page.

Vital Home is Australian Owned & Operated. Our HQ is located in Melbourne, Victoria and is owned by two housemates who have been passionate about helping people reduce their stress and pain. We decided to start this company as our way of giving back to the community and world.
